Eduardo Cardoso
Executive Partner

Graduated from ESPM – Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, with a specialization in Information Technology Management from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas, an MBA in Marketing from USP – Universidade de São Paulo, and an executive extension at UPENN-Wharton. Mentor at Founder Institute and Independent Counselor at IBGC.

An expert in strategy, business development, and market intelligence for startups and middle-market companies.

Between 2013 and 2019, he worked as a partner at Centria Partners and São Conrado Capital Partners, investment boutiques focused on technology, innovation, and corporate ventures.

Between 2003 and 2012, he held positions as Director of Marketing, Alliances, and Partnerships at leading companies in their markets such as Orizon, Certisign, TATA Consultancy Services – TCS, IBM, and Symantec.

Between 1999 and 2000, he co-founded Viajo.com, the largest e-commerce platform for tourism in Latin America, which now operates under the brand Decolar.com.

Francisco Machado
Executive Partner

Graduated from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Between 2013 and 2015, he worked as an investment analyst at Invest Tech, an investment management company specializing in technology and telecommunications companies in Brazil.

In 2012, he worked at TOTVS Ventures, a venture capital investment initiative of TOTVS.

In 2011, he worked as an investment analyst at Pacific Investimentos in the new business department.

He was a trainee at Itaú BBA bank and also had a stint at Goldman Sachs bank in Brazil.

Rafael Gindro
Executive Partner

Graduated from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Between 2014 and 2015, he worked as a Senior Associate Partner at Centria Partners, an M&A boutique focused on the TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), CleanTech, BioTech, and Education sectors.

Between 2012 and 2013, he worked as an equities analyst at Una Capital/DEC Capital, covering the sectors of Utilities, Toll Roads, Infrastructure, Pulp & Paper, Car Rental, and Food Services.

Between 2009 and 2012, he worked as an equities analyst for the ESG fund at Tiger Global, participating in the sale to The Carlyle Group.
