Francisco Machado is an executive partner at Providencia Capital. 

Graduated from Insper – Institute of Education and Research, Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

From 2013 to 2015 acted as an investment analyst at Invest Tech, an investment manager in technology and telecommunication companies in Brazil. 

In 2012 worked at TOTVS Ventures, a venture capital investment initiative of TOTVS. 

In 2011 acted as an investment analyst at Pacific Investments in the new business department. 

Was a Trainee at Itau BBA bank and also worked at Goldman Sachs Bank in Brazil.

Rafael Gindro is an executive partner at Providencia Capital.

Graduated from Insper – Institute of Education and Research, Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

From 2014 to 2015 acted as a senior associate partner at Centria Partners, an M&A boutique focused on TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), CleanTech, BioTech and Education.

From 2012 to 2013 acted as an equity analyst at Una Capital / DEC Capital, covering the Utilities, Toll Roads, Infrastructure, Pulp & Paper, car rental and food services sectors.

From 2009 to 2012 acted as an equity analyst for Tiger Golbal’s ESG fund, participating in the sale to The Carlely Group.

Graduated from ESPM – School of Advertising and Marketing, specialization in Information Technology Management at FGV – Getúlio Vargas Foundation, MBA in Marketing from USP – University of São Paulo, Executive Extension at UPENN – Wharton, Founder Institute Mentor and Independent Board Member accredited by IBGC

Expert in strategy, business development and market intelligence for startups and middle market companies. 

From 2013 to 2019 acted as a partner of Centria Partners and São Conrado Capital Partners, investment boutiques focused on technology, innovation and corporate ventures. 

From 2003 to 2012 acted as Director of Marketing, alliances and partnerships at leading companies in their markets such as Orizon, Certisign, TATA Consultancy Services – TCS, IBM and Symantec.

From 1999 to 2000 acted as a founding partner of, Latin America’s largest tourism e-commerce, which today operates under the brand.
